So...this is the first of a long series. It happened after I had a very poor start to the April Exchange envelopes. Three complete duds, followed by 12 ho-hum Akim envelopes and then I took a break and surfed. I saw a bunch of borders and somehow this idea popped into my head. Normally, I do not fill up space.
And I can't remember what made me think of using the Oscar de la Renta stamps...but I loved this one. I decided to just use up the entire page of Oscar stamps...and they will appear in order...over the next few days.
FPMB= Full Page Multiple Borders...just a way for me to group my scans....
